SLABD Third-Party Partner Trading Card Submission Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between SLABD, hereinafter referred to as “SLABD,” and any third-party partner (“Partner”) seeking to provide trading card submission services in collaboration with SLABD. By entering into this partnership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions:
a. “SLABD” refers to our company, providing middleman services for trading card submissions to PSA, SGC, and BGS.
b. “Partner” refers to the third-party entity seeking to collaborate with SLABD for trading card submission services.

2. Agreement to these Terms:
By entering into a partnership with SLABD for trading card submissions, the Partner agrees to abide by these Terms and any additional agreements or policies referenced herein.

3. Partnership Scope:
a. The Partner will act as a middleman service for SLABD, facilitating trading card submissions on behalf of SLABD customers.
b. The Partner is responsible for managing customer inquiries, submissions, shipping, and tracking related to trading card submissions while card are in thier possession. SLABD will not be held responsible for cards while in the partners possession.

4. Submission Guidelines:
a. The Partner is responsible for ensuring that all trading card submissions meet the respective grading company’s guidelines (SLABD, PSA, SGC, or BGS).
b. The Partner shall not submit cards that are counterfeit, damaged, or altered in any way.

5. Fees and Compensation:
a. The Partner shall receive compensation for their services as agreed upon between SLABD and the Partner.
b. Compensation terms and payment schedules will be specified in a separate agreement or contract between SLABD and the Partner.

6. Reporting and Transparency:
a. The Partner shall provide SLABD with regular updates on the status of trading card submissions, including submission receipts, grading results, and tracking information.
b. SLABD reserves the right to request additional information and reports related to trading card submissions.

7. Customer Service:
a. The Partner is responsible for providing timely and satisfactory customer service to SLABD customers inquiring about their trading card submissions.
b. The Partner shall adhere to SLABD’s customer service standards and policies.

8. Confidentiality:
a. Both SLABD and the Partner shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of this partnership.
b. The Partner shall not disclose any customer information or proprietary business information to third parties.

9. Termination:
a. SLABD reserves the right to terminate this partnership at any time for any reason with written notice to the Partner.
b. The Partner may also request to terminate this partnership with written notice to SLABD.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms and the partnership between SLABD and the Partner shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments:
SLABD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Partner in writing.

By entering into a partnership with SLABD, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of the partnership.
