Thank you for your interest in becoming an official partner with SLABD. Please fill out the form below to apply. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval as a partner. Once approved, you will gain the ability to accept cards for grading on SLABD's behalf. Your clients will also have the option to easily submit a form to grade their cards through your partnership.

By registering as a partner with SLABD, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

You are responsible for safely transporting your clients' cards to SLABD for grading.
Once the cards have reached SLABD, all communications regarding the grading process will be handled directly from SLABD to your clients.
Graded cards will be delivered directly to your clients (unless otherwise arranged) upon completion of the grading process.

**SLABD Partner Onboarding Terms and Conditions**

Welcome to SLABD's Partner Program! We're excited to have you on board as a partner in our mission to provide top-quality grading services for trading cards. Before you begin referring clients or submitting cards for grading, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. **Partnership Agreement:**
By participating in SLABD's Partner Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement establishes a partnership between you (referred to as "Partner") and SLABD.

2. **Partner Responsibilities:**
a. Partners may submit trading cards directly to SLABD for grading or refer their clients to SLABD's grading services using the provided referral link.
b. Partners are responsible for ensuring that all submitted cards meet SLABD's grading criteria and guidelines as outlined on our website.
c. Partners must adhere to SLABD's code of conduct and ethical standards when promoting SLABD's services to their clients.

3. **Grading Submission Process:**
a. Cards submitted for grading must be accurately described and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
b. Partners are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending cards to SLABD for grading unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
c. SLABD reserves the right to refuse grading services for any cards that do not meet our quality standards or violate our terms and conditions.

4. **Referral Program:**
a. Partners may earn referral commissions for each client they refer to SLABD who successfully submits cards for grading.
b. Referral commissions will be paid out according to SLABD's referral program terms, which are subject to change at SLABD's discretion.

5. **Confidentiality:**
a. Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed by SLABD during the course of the partnership.
b. Partners shall not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than fulfilling their obligations under this agreement.

6. **Termination of Partnership:**
a. SLABD reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any partner at any time, with or without cause.
b. Partners may also terminate their participation in the Partner Program at any time by providing written notice to SLABD.

7. **Governing Law:**
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. **Modification of Terms:**
SLABD reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Partners are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.
