Card Cracking Authorisation Form

Please fill out this form to authorise the cracking of your graded card. This process involves breaking open the slab that your card is currently housed in. By authorising this service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Risk Acknowledgement: Cracking the slab involves a risk of damage to the card. While we take the utmost care, this process is not without risk, and any damage that occurs is assumed by you.
2. Grade Nullification: The current grade of your card will be rendered null and void once the slab is cracked. This means that your card will no longer hold its current grade.
3. Regrading: If you choose to resubmit your card for grading, please be aware that there is no guarantee that it will receive the same grade. There is a possibility that the card may receive a lower grade upon regrading.
4. Payment: A fee of $15 is required for this service.
